Until age 12, you may enroll your child into our preventive hygiene program. Once enrolled, your child is invited into our practice on three month intervals. He or she will come in to our office every six months for their thorough exam, x-rays (as needed), and cleaning. Three months later you will bring your child back to our office for a visit with an assistant for tooth brushing and flossing advice, along with a preventive fluoride treatment. This service is provided at no charge and we find children enjoying this low stress appointment. We have seen an improvement in children's oral hygiene and a decrease in cavities as a result of it.
